Were Pregnant.......

We are so excited to announce that we are expecting Baby Meza #2. We are still in the early stages so your prayers are much appreciated. We are almost 2 mths along. We found out we were pregnant VERY early in the game and already had a little scare. But as always God is faithful and yesterday the doctor found the heartbeat and we got to hear and see it. What a relief. The baby is due April 30th.
Victoria is more excited then any of us. When we told her the news, she screamed for joy running around the house saying "your pregnant, your pregnant. I have been praying for this forever you know!" She already has expressed her interest in the fact that she hopes its a girl but we're pretty sure by the time Baby Meza makes his/her arrival Victoria will be excited either way. We have already explained the whole as long as its healthy thing....we think she gets it. :-)

As most of you know, we have had some problems in the past. But that is in the past! I will be going to a fetal medicine specialist for this pregnancy every 2 to 3 weeks to be closely monitored. We are so happy for that as this doctor comes highly recommended and is definetly not a NAVY doctor! Much different from my experience with Victoria. :-)

We are VERY happy and excited. We just couldn't wait until the 3 month marker to share our exciting news. So please, please keep us in your prayers. We love you!

Rock N Roll 2009

It has been one year ago today that Vic started running marathons! Today he completed the Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon in 1.54. His new personal record. We are so excited and proud of him.

Little Scrapper

Today Victoria asked me if she could scrapbook with me. Much to my excitement I responded with "sure" and set her up a little desk next to mine. I gave her 2 sets of pictures, some paper, scissors, glue and stickers. Explained a little how it works and off she went. I was amazed at how well her papers turned out! She is 5 and scraps like a pro! ha ha

WCLC Teacher In-service

The Wave Children's Learning Center Clan! What a great group of Christian teachers! I feel so blessed to work with these people everyday. Everyone of them special in their own way. Our program houses 250 children from 3mths old up to thru 5th graders. Once every semester we close so our director can have a teacher work day with us. Half the day is spent getting our rooms ready, cleaner and kid friendly. The other half of the day is time for us all to bond, learn, teach and pray together. We have all grown pretty close and for the new teachers coming in they always feel welcomed right away. I am really looking forward to the 2009-2010 school year as I know it will be our best yet!

Here is the group in the middle of playing a game. We have to act like our legs and arms are glued together! Everyone had a ball. Look at all the laughter!
